Help with online ordering, payments & membership options

We use PayPal for all recurring premium membership payments at The Change Space. Below you will find information and commonly asked questions in regards to this process. If your question is not covered please contact us on the button below for personal assistance from our team.



Login to your PayPal account at to cancel the recurring billing agreement - or - if you paid via credit card without a PayPal contact us here and we will manually cancel this for you within 24 hours. To cancel via your PayPal account, once logged please click on the following menu items:


Here you can find the agreement for THE CHANGE SPACE. Click on it and cancel it within instantly.

When you cancel your membership you will no longer be able to access the members-only areas and features. This includes access to all online members content as well as your public profile which will be unpublished. If you decide to join again at a later date, your profile will be republished automatically.

No. Because the members area is an online service we do not offer any refunds for purchases.

Ofcourse. When you cancel your membership your user account will still remain active. If you decide to join again simply login (or enter the same email address for your account at checkout) after you add your chosen membership option to the shopping cart.

All premium individual memberships are only to be used by the purchaser of that membership. Please do not share your login details with friends or family. Alternatively if you are part of an organisation and would like a customised program for multiple users/employees, please view our Business Plans here.

Definitely. When you checkout with PayPal you have the option to pay via credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. Choose this option at the final PayPal screen and securely enter your card details here. All recurring future payments will automatically be deducted directly from your nominated credit card.

When your chosen payment method does not process successfully our system will try processing the payment again in exactly 3 days time. In this time please make sure you have funds available either in your PayPal account (login to PayPal to do this) or on your credit card associated with your PayPal account.

Yes. If you prefer to use our app please search for 'THE CHANGE SPACE' in the Apple or Google Play stores. When you open the app you will be prompted to login. Please use your membership email and password here to access your premium content and profile from within the app.



All online website payments are made via PayPal. This is the world’s most secure and widely used online payment processor. After you checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website for secure payment. Here you can login to your PayPal account and pay that way, or you can use your credit card by clicking ‘I don’t have a PayPal account’. PayPal also has a full buyers-protection policy for your peace of mind.

PayPal’s payment processing page is protected by 124 bit encoded security and their SSL certificate. If you have any issues or do not want to use PayPal, please contact us on the details below and we can arrange payment via phone, direct deposit or money order instead.
