A change impact assessment is the starting point for developing your change plan so that you can actively manage the implications of your change project. In this ‘hands-on’ workshop we will cover all the critical elements that should be considered when assessing business change Impact.

Join Caroline Mills and Tracey Penington as they step you through case studies, proven methodologies and practical tips gained from their combined 40+ years experience at the forefront of the change and transformation industry. Learn how to facilitate change via impact assessment workshops with stakeholders as well as impact assessments within agile environments.

  • How to complete a business change impact assessment
  • How to map and understand the current state position
  • How to review the Target Operating Model and future state
  • Some practical tips on working with Stakeholders
  • Look at the differences of working with Waterfall or Agile project approaches
