After winning the Business Player of the Year Award at Telstra, Yvette used the prize money to get Prosci Change Management certification; which lead to a change in career. Coming from a range of operational, support and people leader roles into a Change Manager role was a big move; so over the following decade Yvette increased her knowledge in the Change Management discipline by completing two further accreditations and getting qualifications as a certified trainer.
Yvette went from an operational Change Manager role to a Senior Change Manager role in 2015. She currently leads a team of Change Managers and Change Analysts who implement large scale Change Projects across Telstra. The team also provides Change Management consultancy to external and contract Change Managers who work with Telstra to continuously improve the way we do business.
Yvette is certified in Prosci, RIMER and PCI Change Management methodologies.
