Currently, I work for the NSW Electeral Commission and hold twelve years of experience across IT and business projects.  I have proven track record in leading change to deliver business outcomes. My experience has provided me with a unique opportunity and the ability to apply pragmatic organisational change management approach from strategy, design, through to implementation in complex organisations.
